Crafted by masters of the grill Sean Connolly and Executive Chef James Laird, sourcing only the best local beef, this winter menu is a slow-burning love letter to premium cuts and full-bodied reds.

The menu begins with Esther’s iconic lamb souvlaki, cured meats and Sean’s steak tartare. Then it’s onto the main event: a decadent study of beef featuring Speckle Park eye fillet, Savannah rib eye, and Lake Ohau wagyu sirloin, all seared to smoky perfection and served with duck fat roast potatoes and petite salad. To finish? A cherry galette, warm and buttery, made even better with a dollop of crème fraîche and a whisper of winter spice.

Pair it all with a glass of something bold or add a wine match, each sip chosen to wrap around the richness of the beef and deepen the experience.
