Esther’s Tuesday Steak Night is a tribute to provenance, precision, and partnership with a Mediterranean twist. A collaboration between two culinary heavyweights — Sean Connolly and Executive Chef James Laird — who bring decades of experience and a shared love of bold, honest flavours to the grill.

At the heart of the experience: exceptional cuts of Speckle Park, Savannah, and Lake Ohau Wagyu, hand-selected for depth, marbling, and mouthfeel, then seared to smoky perfection over flame. It’s a menu that speaks fluent indulgence, crafted with reverence and plated with polish.

The journey begins with a trio of entrées: our signature lamb souvlaki, Sean’s steak tartare, and a board of artisan-cured meats. Then comes the centrepiece — a rotating showcase of the country’s finest beef, served alongside duck fat roast potatoes and salad greens.

To finish? A warm cherry galette with crème fraîche and a hint of winter spice — the final note in a perfectly composed meal.
