We’ve taken the classic Sunday roast and given it a Mediterranean twist – warm, generous, and made to share. We’re talking slow roasted Speckle Park rib eye off the bone, Grandma’s carrots, char-grilled leeks with pistachio pesto and duck fat roast potatoes. For a sweet finisher, a ‘Yorkshire soufflé’ with rhubarb strawberry compote and Chantilly.
