This August, Esther takes the Mediterranean to Greece.
Join us for a special sharing menu inspired by the flavours, traditions and sun-soaked spirit of Greek cuisine. Created by Creative Culinary Director Sean Connolly and Executive Chef James Laird, the menu is designed to share, the way it was always meant to be eaten.
From pitta and taramasalata to coastal lamb souvlaki, baked saganaki and a classic moussaka, every dish is built on honest ingredients and time-honoured technique. Finish with kataifi nest, rose water ice cream and pistachio.
Pair it with our Greek wine flight, three pours from the Aegean, $32.
$65 per person. Minimum 2 guests, sharing menu.
Available for lunch Wednesday to Friday, 12pm–2pm, and for dinner nightly at the 5.30pm, 5.45pm and 6pm seatings, throughout August.
