Love is in the layers. This Valentine’s, Baby Buck Baking is taking over Esther’s high tea for dessert duet soaked in nostalgia, buttercream swirls and vintage whimsy. 

Baby Buck’s iconic Baby Bruce cake is getting a pistachio twist, inspired by Esther’s Mediterranean spirit. This limited-edition slice will be roaming on Esther’s dessert trolley, drizzled in hot ganache, along with sweet and savory treats designed by Victoria, crafted by Esther. 

And because no love story is complete without a little fizz, our roaming G&T trolley will be serving a selection of gin and Fever-Tree tonics, or upgrade to bottomless Prosecco for an extra $20 and get delightfully giddy.  

To top it all off, one lucky guest at every High Tea from 14 February to 7 March will go home with a Baby Buck vintage cake. Consider it the cherry on top of a very sweet affair.
