We promise an extraordinary menu where nature’s most exquisite diamonds are transformed into culinary masterpieces. Journey through a menu by chef Sean Connolly that entices you with irresistible aroma and the most indulgent symphony of flavours.
The tale starts with truffle fonduta, Bianchetto truffle and ciabatta, followed by textures of mushroom, quail egg, gold leaf and porcini soup with Périgord truffle. Journey through a dish of Hokkaido scallops with cauliflower and Périgord truffle and Rag pasta before indulging in duck breast served with brandy, mushrooms and a truffle cigar. Mains are served with sides of baby gem wedge, green goddess, truffle crumb and shoestring fries with truffle and pecorino.
The cherry on top? Esther’s famous apple tart served with truffle ice cream, a match made in pure heaven.
